All advice provided through our platform is general in nature. It does not replace an in-person consultation unless stated otherwise. Always seek direct consultation for diagnosis and treatment.

2. User Responsibilities

– Users must provide truthful medical history and information
– Patients must not misuse or reproduce consultation materials

3. Media & Review Usage

– By submitting a review, photo, or video testimonial voluntarily, you agree to let us use it (with name masking) in promotional activities.
– You can revoke permission at any time by writing to: legal@theblisscare.in

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content including visuals, consultation materials, website text, and branding are intellectual property of The Bliss Care. Any unauthorized reuse, screenshotting, or replication is subject to legal action.

5. Booking & Refund Policy

– Appointments are confirmed post-payment
– Refunds are not applicable unless canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment time

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR, India.

7. Liability Limitation

The Bliss Care shall not be liable for incidental damages arising from the use or inability to access the service, including technical interruptions.
